Foaming Sugar Scrub:
Foaming Bath Butter Base 10.6oz
Sugar (White or Brown) 21.20oz
--This can be adjusted, start with little then add more
Glycerin 1.80oz
Carrier Oil Optional
Check IFRA regarding Fragrance Oil/Essential Oil you are using
Colour - Optional - Mica, Lakes, Water Soluble, etc

Ingredients: Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Vegetable Glycerin, Distilled Water, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Stearic Acid, Phenoxyethanol (and) Caprylyl Glycol (and) Sorbic Acid
